The rest is history, as Dr. Kravitz’ began discussing his revolutionary dental implant technique on media outlets such as ABC, NBC, Fox, and many others.

Virginia Moser. Patient of Dr Joe Kravitz DDS, MS

“ I first came to see Dr. Kravitz because my entire mouth was in pain. I was about to lose all of my teeth and didn’t want to use dentures any longer. Dr. Kravitz listened carefully to my needs and presented several options. He crafted new upper and lower teeth for me that are fabulous. I am so happy that I chose Dr. Kravitz. He helped me smile again! After many years of visiting with Dr. Kravitz and his team, I am confident to recommend his office for your dental needs – cleanings, implants, surgery, teeth…excellent at them all. He is caring, gentle, and most knowledgeable. His team members are equally as caring and helpful throughout the process. Eating, speaking, smiling and laughing are a pleasure again. Thank you, Dr. Kravitz!“

Nancy Jameson. 3 Minute Implant™ Success Story.

“The 3 Minute Implant™ is truly amazing. There’s a little pressure…and voila! I’ve been petrified of seeing dentists since I was young. In fact, I’ve passed out in the dentist’s chair a number of times before meeting Dr. Kravitz. Dr. K and his staff are sensitive and understanding, and they naturally soothed my fears. They explained the procedure and why it wouldn’t hurt–and it didn’t! A visit to Dr. K’s office is now more like a spa visit than a dental visit! It’s actually a pleasure.”

Julie Sies patient of Dr Joe Kravitz

Dr. Kravitz and his staff have a way of making what could be a very unpleasant and painful experience anywhere else, one that is actually informative, enjoyable and pain-free. I appreciate his impressive credentials and years of experience, but even more than that, I appreciate Dr. Kravitz’s caring nature, his ethics, and his ability to make his patients feel at ease and well-informed. Growing up a “military brat,” I changed dentists every few years, so I have seen and felt the spectrum of quality, expertise, personalities and care. I can honestly say that Dr. Kravitz and his staff provide the highest quality care, they make every patient feel like their only patient. After finding this wonderful team, I will never change dentists again.

Robert D Eaglet. Patient of Dr Joe Kravitz.

Several years ago, my periodontist recommended that I consider having several implants to correct long standing dental disease conditions. More importantly, he strongly recommended I employ Dr. Joseph Kravitz based on his personal knowledge of Kravitz’ expertise and skill in this area.
I followed his advice, and from the time of my initial contacts through years of having experienced his results, I have never had reason to doubt the wisdom of choosing Joe Kravitz to re-engineer my mouth back to health following years of neglect. Although I initially did not look forward to these procedures with pleasure, I must say that the end results proved to be as promised, there was never any serious discomfort, and the entire procedure was completed over a very few months, far sooner than if I had chosen an alternative. I strongly endorse Dr. Kravitz and his professional services, and would not hesitate recommending his clinic for any dental restoration projects.

Dr Chowdhury. Patient of Dr Joe Kravitz DDS MS

“My dental and gum problems partly relate to injury I sustained in 1989 from a multi-vehicle road accident where I was a passenger in a car. I had multiple injuries, including damage to upper jaw (maxilla), partial loss of upper jawbone, and loss of multiple teeth. I first saw Dr. Kravitz in 2006 when I required complete redo of the dental restorative process that was done for over 2 years after the car accident. I identified Dr. Kravitz after extensive search, and after visiting multiple dental surgeons around the greater Washington area. I have been very pleased with him and have stayed with him since then as one of his regular patients. In 2006, Dr. Kravitz did an extensive restorative process in my upper jaw that included removal of previous dental bridges, tooth extractions, bone grafts, multiple dental implants, and various other related procedures. Subsequently, I had other procedures as necessary, including more bone grafts and implants. For related bone and gum disease, I also went through sound wave treatment. Dr. Kravitz did an excellent work on my dental and gum problems that has allowed me to have good oral health and hygiene, complete set of functional and cosmetically excellent teeth, and good quality of life. Dr. Kravitz specializes in minimally invasive procedures that involve minimal pain and discomfort, and return to work and normalcy quickly. I have gone through these procedures and have found him an expert in his field. Dr. Kravitz is always available, responsive, and highly professional. I find Dr. Kravitz mild mannered, knowledgeable, technically sound, and also very attentive to the needs of his patients.“

What, Who, Why & How

DENTAL IMPLANT Frequently asked questions

A dental implant is the artificial replacement of the root of a natural tooth. The dental implant is made from titanium, which is a bio-inert material, and provides a strong foundation for teeth. What that means is that the bone thinks the implant is bone, thereby reducing the chance of rejection.
You may have already been told that you’re not a good candidate for a dental implant. The simple truth is, anyone can be a candidate for a dental implant. Really? Yes, it is true. Let’s quickly review the basics you need to know for a better understanding.
There are many reasons for replacing a tooth. Here’s a quick list: fractures, cavities, periodontal disease, bone loss, loose teeth, crooked teeth, painful teeth, swollen gums, missing teeth, loss of support, failed dental work, poor fitting partial or complete dentures, injury or trauma, born without teeth, or medical problems.

Despite many improvements in dental health care, millions of Americans still suffer from missing teeth – mostly due to tooth decay, gum disease, or injury. In fact according to the US Surgeon General’s Report, a person age 50 or older is missing on-the-average 12 or more teeth. And 25% of those people have a fear of intimacy. For centuries, the only treatment options available were fixed bridges and removable dentures. But today, dental implants provide a better alternative.

First, gather accurate information. Second, decide which prosthodontist you’ll see for an initial consultation. Third, be sure that your prosthodontist explains all tooth replacement options to you, interprets your X-rays, and answers all of your questions. Lastly, begin treatment only when you are ready.

We realize that financial considerations are important to most patients. We strive to keep cost to the least amount necessary to accomplish your oral health goals. Dr. Kravitz performs the 3 Minute Implant™  The fee for each dental implant is $3,100. That’s great value for the time invested by Dr. Kravitz.  Some need one dental implant for each tooth, but most people do not.  Each person is different, so after a meeting with Dr. Kravitz, he will present options to choose.  We try to help choose the best option for you.  There are other fees that can be determined after our meeting together.

We have found that if you have the means to pay for the procedures yourself, it is always best. The next best method of payment is with personal credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express.

If the first 2 methods of payment are not available to you, then we offer financing through a health care company called Care Credit or Sprinstone Financial. They offer low monthly payments up to 5 years at an interest rates ranging from 3.9% to 14.9%. There is no prepayment penalty. This provides you with the means to still invest in your oral health and be able to afford the payments as well.
